Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 6 pm hotel time there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 6 pm hotel time or in case of NO SHOW, the forfeiture amount will be the full cost of one night.
On-line booking and cancellation procedures
The booking is binding and must be guaranteed by credit card. On-line booking system does not require immediate payment for the booking. The real transaction does not take place on-line, but directly when checking out from the hotel. The credit card data are only requested to guarantee the booking.
